Martín Juan Lanfranco
Born in 1966. He graduated from the Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires in 1990.
In 1991 he joined the firm Lanfranco & Mariño after having work at a civil
court.
He worked at the Secretary of Finance, Banking and Insurance of the Ministry of Economy and Public Works and Services (1994-1995). In 2000 he joined the firm Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal Studio as senior associate of the litigation department.
In 2003-2004 he was an Advisor to the Chairman at the Central Bank of
Argentina during the administration of Alfonso Prat-Gay. On behalf of the
Central Bank he was a syndic at Seguros de Depósitos S.A. (SEDESA). He
returned to Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal in 2005 and in 2006 he joined
Lanfranco & Detry currently being its managing partner.
He served as director at the Corporación Antiguo Puerto Madero S.A. between 2010 and 2011.
He specializes in highly complex litigation matters, insolvency and bankruptcy, portfolio management and contracts.
